Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Every order ships from the United States. Mil Apparel gear is made to order, then produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Standard shipping on orders under $50 is a flat $8.00. Express shipping is a flat $15.00.

Delivery times Standard: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Express: 2–5 business days after dispatch. These delivery windows are in addition to the 1–3 business day production and dispatch time.

Order processing Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM HST enter production the same or next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email support@milapparel.com.

International orders We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to be notified.

APO, FPO, and DPO We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses at standard domestic rates. Use the standard U.S. address format provided by USPS for military mail.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@milapparel.com. We'll reship or refund — your call.
