Ordering and shipping

How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days (up to 7 in the December rush), then 3 to 7 business days in transit for standard U.S. shipping. You get a tracking email the moment it leaves the print floor.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50 it is a flat $4.95. Express is $15 at checkout.

Do you ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses?

Yes, through USPS at domestic rates. Use the standard USPS military address format and allow 7 to 21 extra days for military mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. U.S. only for now. Join the Fight (footer) and we will tell you when that changes.

When do I need to order for Veterans Day or Christmas?

See our Holiday Shipping page for the current order-by dates. Because everything is printed to order, earlier is always safer.

Product and fit

How do your shirts fit?

Unisex retail fit, true to size. Between sizes or want a relaxed fit? Size up. Measurements below are the garment laid flat, in inches, and the same size guide sits on every apparel product page.

Hoodies run relaxed: chest 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 / 28 and length 27 / 28 / 29 / 30 / 31 for S through 2XL.

What are they made of?

Tees are 100% ringspun cotton (4.2 to 5.3 oz depending on the design; the exact blank is named in each description). Hoodies are heavyweight 50/50 cotton-poly fleece. Graphics are direct-to-garment prints that sit in the fabric instead of on top of it, and the gold Mil Apparel label is printed inside the collar instead of a scratchy tag.

Will the print fade?

Wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, skip the iron on the graphic, and the print holds up for years of regular wear.

Where are your products made?

Designed in Van Nuys, California. Printed to order at U.S. partner facilities we vet for print quality. The blank garments themselves are globally sourced, so we do not claim Made in USA.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags on, for a refund or exchange. Email support@milapparel.com with your order number and we will get you squared away.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email a photo to support@milapparel.com as soon as it arrives. We replace it at no cost to you.

Are personalized items returnable?

Personalized and custom items are final sale unless defective.

Discounts and gifts

Do you offer a military or first-responder discount?

Yes. 10% off, always, for active duty, veterans, reservists, National Guard and first responders. Use code SERVED10 at checkout. We trust you.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Ship straight to the recipient. Packing slips never show prices. Add a gift note at checkout and we will include your message in the shipping confirmation we send you to forward.
