RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn't right, we make it right.

30-day returns

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Tags must be attached.

How to start a return

Email Support@milapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item.

Defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover everything, return shipping and replacement. Email a photo to support@milapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

Final-sale items

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Free exchange within 30 days. Same process, email us, we'll send a label.
